ASSA ABLOY has signed an agreement to acquire Gunnebo Entrance Control, the UK-headquartered maker of speed gates, transit gates and security revolving doors, with about 670 employees and 2025 revenue of approximately EUR 151 million. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
